Campaign Contribution Disclaimer
Contributions to Johnson-Green For Congress are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
By making a contribution, you affirm that:
-You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
-This contribution is made from your own funds and not from the funds of another person or entity.
-You are at least 18 years old.
-You are not a federal contractor.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Commission. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals (without permanent residency), and federal government contractors are prohibited.
Contribution Limits:
Individuals may contribute up to the maximum amount allowed per election (primary and general elections are considered separate elections). The total amount allowable is $6,600.
